3/19/2012 We knew we wanted a Volvo C70. Our salesperson, Lynn Hancock, stayed in touch with us over the course of many months, telling us when she had new vehicles in stock. When she telephoned this last time, she said she had 3 for us to look at. The time was right for us, so we visited the lot, chose the car, and made the deal in a matter of a few days. Everyone was most courteous, and we are very happy with our vehicle.

2/20/2012 First, I had never heard of a Volvo utility vehicle thought it was more like a station wagon but I was very impressed once I saw it. Lucky for me being on a fixed budget, there was a recent trade in and I was able to get my vehicle at a price that was comfortable with my own trade in. There is a tiny issue with the cd changer but I hope to have repairs done soon.

2/12/2012 Wonderful experience. Jamie was the ideal salesperson. She was very friendly, and never came across as the "typical" car salesperson. She gave me plenty of space and room to think about the purchase. She also helped me get a great interest rate. Taking it one step further, she even called to wish me a happy new year and check on me (and the XC60). I'm sold on Volvo and Paul Moak...both have been a great experience so far.

2/9/2012 The salesmen were very knowledgeable and were not pushy. They allowed me to make an informed decision without pressure. Because I visited the dealership on different days I dealt with multiple salesmen. I was not given the impression they were driven by who got the commission, but instead on making sure the dealership as a whole benefited from my purchase. I'm looking forward to being a new owner of a Volvo.

1/27/2012 Greg was very attentive and listened to what we were interested in in an auto; even in the rain, he showed us every vehicle we wanted to see. He was very knowledgable about different models and made comparisons between each very easily. The only problem we had was we had to return the Volvo S60 for repairs because our homelink did not work initially. This repair was scheduled promptly and handled to our satisfaction. We are pleased with our purchase experience; so much so that we plan to purchase a second Volvo in the next few weeks.

1/18/2012 Our recent purchase was the third new vehicle from this dealership, our second from the same sales associate and general manager...Lynn Hancock and Jerry Warfield both of whom are great individuals to deal with. The overall purchasing experience was no hassel with both doing whatever was necessary to secure the vehicle we wanted even during the Christmas-New Years holiday time. All of our Volvo's have been serviced at Paul Moak and our dealings with Val and Rick have been equally as good, I have never met any of the mechanics but from our 15 years of work performed at Paul Moak, I can only recall one time that a repair had to be returned and it was immediately taken care of.
