touch with us over the course of many months, telling us when she had
new vehicles in stock. When she telephoned this last time, she said she
had 3 for us to look at. The time was right for us, so we visited the

I had never heard of a Volvo utility vehicle thought it was more like a
station wagon but I was very impressed once I saw it. Lucky for me
being on a fixed budget, there was a recent trade in and I was able to
get my vehicle at a price that was comfortable with my own trade in.
There is a tiny issue with the cd changer but I hope to have repairs

auto; even in the rain, he showed us every vehicle we wanted to see. He
was very knowledgable about different models and made comparisons
between each very easily. The only problem we had was we had to return
the Volvo S60 for repairs because our homelink did not work initially.
This repair was scheduled promptly and handled to our satisfaction. We
are pleased with our purchase experience; so much so that we plan to
purchase a second Volvo in the next few weeks.

and Jerry Warfield both of whom are great individuals to deal with. The
overall purchasing experience was no hassel with both doing whatever was
necessary to secure the vehicle we wanted even during the Christmas-New
Years holiday time. All of our Volvo's have been serviced at Paul Moak
and our dealings with Val and Rick have been equally as good, I have
never met any of the mechanics but from our 15 years of work performed
at Paul Moak, I can only recall one time that a repair had to be
returned and it was immediately taken care of.
